Returns

Return Policy:

We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchases from arshie.com.  Items purchased on arshie.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 calendar days of the item’s original delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.  Blazers must be returned with the original ARSHIE pocket pouch intact.  Any garment should be placed within appropriate ARSHIE packaging pouch within a shipping box, with contents secured within.  All sales are final within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of arshie.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at cs@arshie.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

Refunds:  Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued.  All returns will incur a flat $25 return shipping and handling, restocking cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.  Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Returns will be processed as soon as possible.  Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for merchandise credit within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. Any items you wish to exchange must be shipped/postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt.  If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at cs@arshie.com.

Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

Frequent Returns: We offer a flexible return policy. Repeated returns from the same customer may trigger an alert in our system. Should we detect misuse of our Return Policy, we may take action such as blocking the account or canceling future orders.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not adhere to our Return Policy.
